The workshop was organized by Lukas Fuchsgruber, Magdalena Tyżlik-Carver (Aarhus University) and Lozana Rossenova (Open Science Lab TIB).
It focused on food fermentation and related semantic data. It was very hands-on, working with ferments and data. Fermenting data means: How can data be understood as something living? How can data curation workflows be understood as a symbiotic process? And, finally, how can we describe something as complex as fermentation in semantic data?
